The office is located in the heart of the Manhattan Central Business District. The use of public transportation is strongly recommended, as it is readily available, travel times are more reliable than by automobile, and parking in midtown can cost $40.00 per day. The building is located at 33 East 33rd Street between Madison and Park Avenues.
By Public Transport
- Subway – The closest subway station is 33rd Street Station on the Route 6 Train (the Lexington Avenue Local). From the station, walk ½ block west along East 33rd Street to the office, which at 33 East 33rd Street between Park and Madison Avenues. In addition, the B,D,F,V (Sixth Avenue Line) and N, Q, R, W (Broadway Line) trains stop at 34th Street where Sixth Avenue and Broadway cross (Herald Square). Exit the station and walk east along 33rd Street for 2.5 blocks (7-10 minutes). The building is located at 33 East 33rd Street between Madison and Park Avenues on the left (north) side of the street. A MetroCard is needed to pay the $2 one-way subway fare and can be purchased at any station.
- Bus – The following bus routes stop at East 34th Street at the corner of Park Avenue South: M1, M16, and M34. Walk downtown along Park Avenue South one block and turn right onto East 33rd Street. The office is half-way down the block on the north side of the street. The address is 33 East 33rd Street between Park and Madison Avenues. All buses accept MetroCard and exact change in coins as a form of payment. Trips are $2 each way, and MetroCards must be purchased elsewhere prior to boarding.
- PATH – The Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) Rapid Transit System provides service from New Jersey to Manhattan. The Journal Square and Hoboken lines terminate at the 33rd Street Station in Manhattan, which is located on the Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue) between 33rd and 32nd Streets. Upon exiting the 33rd Street Station, walk east along 33rd Street for 2.5 blocks (7-10 minutes). The building is located at 33 East 33rd Street between Madison and Park Avenues on the left (north) side of the street. The one-way PATH fare is $1.50, and can be paid using PATH’s QuickCard or a Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard from New York MTA.
By Commuter/Regional Rail or Bus
- Grand Central Terminal (Park Avenue and 42nd Street) (0.5 miles) – Grand Central Terminal is served by Metro North Railroad, which provides service from the northern suburbs (Westchester County and Connecticut). Upon arrival, proceed to the main lobby and follow the signs toward the Lexington Avenue Subway (Routes 4, 5, and 6). Take the number 6 Train (Lexington Avenue Local) in the Downtown direction one stop to 33rd Street and follow the Subway directions above. Walking also is a viable option. Exit the building at Park Avenue and 42nd Street. Walk nine blocks south along Park Avenue to East 33rd Street (10 minutes). Turn right and the office is half-way down the block on the north (right) side of the street between Park Avenue South and Madison Avenue. Alternatively, a taxi ride should take approximately 5-10 minutes and should cost approximately $5. A taxi stand is located on 42nd Street to your right as you exit the building, between Park Avenue and Vanderbilt Avenue.
- Penn Station (34th Street and 7th Avenue) (0.7 miles) – Penn Station is served by Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit trains, and Amtrak. Upon arrival, follow signs to Seventh Avenue and exit the building. Walk to the corner of West 34th Street and Seventh Avenue. Board the Route M16 or M34 bus in the eastbound direction and ride to the Madison Avenue stop. Walk one block south on Madison Avenue and turn left on 33rd Street. Walking also is a viable option. Exit the building at Seventh Avenue and walk three blocks east along 34th Street to Madison Avenue (10 minutes). Turn right and walk south along Madison Avenue one block and turn left onto East 33rd Street. The office is half-way down the block on the north (left) side of the street. The address is 33 East 33rd Street between Park and Madison Avenues. Alternatively, a taxi ride should take approximately 5-10 minutes and should cost approximately $5. Taxi stands are located on Seventh Avenue between 33rd and 32nd Streets and on Eighth Avenue between 33rd and 32nd Streets.

Port Authority Bus Terminal (41st Street and 8th Avenue) (1.6 miles, approximately 20 minutes) – The Port Authority Bus Terminal is served by New Jersey Transit buses and numerous private commuter express bus routes from New Jersey; Orange County, NY; Rockland County, NY; and Pennsylvania. There also is regional bus service provided by Greyhound, Trailways, etc. Upon arrival at the Terminal, follow signs for the Subway. Enter the Subway and follow signs for the number 7 Line. Take the number 7 Line two stops to Grand Central Terminal. Follow the directions above from Grand Central Terminal. Alternatively, a taxi ride should take approximately 20 minutes and should cost approximately $7-$10. A taxi stand is located on Eighth Avenue between 42nd and 43rd Streets.
From Airports

La Guardia Airport (8.1 miles, approximate travel time 40 minutes) – Travel via taxi is recommended. Taxi fare should range from $20-$30 plus tolls. The New York Airport Service bus also is available. The bus departs the airport every 20-30 minutes and travels directly to Grand Central Station. Newark Liberty International Airport (16.4 miles, approximate travel time 45 minutes) – A taxi ride or car service directly from the airport to the office should cost approximately $50 plus tolls and tip, but this option is not recommended at peak times. Travel via train is recommended during peak hours. From any airport terminal, follow signs to the AirTrain and take the AirTrain to the Newark Liberty International Airport Train Station. At the station, buy a NJ Transit train ticket to New York Penn Station. Take the train to New York Penn Station (30 minutes) and follow the directions from Penn Station above. The fare is $14 one way, which includes the AirTrain fare. NJ Transit trains run approximately every 10-15 minutes during peak hours, or every 10-40 minutes off peak. It is recommended that you check train schedules at www.njtransit.com before your trip. Finally, the Olympia Trails/Coach USA bus service is available. The bus departs the airport every 15 minutes and travels directly to Grand Central Station. John F. Kennedy International Airport (17.4 miles, approximate travel time 1 hour) – A taxi or car service is the most convenient option from JFK, but can take more than two hours at peak times (7am to 10am and 3pm to 8pm). A taxi ride from JFK to any destination in Manhattan is a flat fare of $45 plus tip and tolls. Travel via train is recommended. From any JFK Airport terminal, follow signs to the AirTrain. Board a train marked "Station D, Jamaica Station" and ride to the end of the line at Jamaica Station. Before you leave the AirTrain station at Jamaica, you will need to buy a $5 Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard to exit the fare gates and also buy a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) ticket from Jamaica to Penn Station ($7 peak, $5 off peak; $3 city ticket available on weekends). Both fares can be purchased on one ticket, but only at the red LIRR vending machines. Take a LIRR train to Penn Station (20 minutes) and follow the directions from Penn Station above. LIRR trains run every 1-5 minutes peak and every 5-20 minutes off peak. Train schedules are available online at www.mta.info/lirr. The New York Airport Service bus also is available. By Car
- From Long Island – Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west to the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Go through the tunnel and follow signs to "Crosstown, 37th Street." Make a left turn from 37th Street onto Park Avenue (one block past Lexington Avenue). Drive four blocks south and make a right onto 33rd Street. The office is located on the right side of the street half way down the block between Park and Madison Avenues.
- From New Jersey – Take the New Jersey Turnpike (eastern spur) to exit 16E (Lincoln Tunnel). After paying the toll stay to the right, merging onto I-495. Continue on I-495 to the Lincoln Tunnel (approximately two miles). Continue through the right tube of the tunnel. Upon emerging from the tunnel, bear right towards 36th Street (Downtown). Turn left on 36th Street. Continue across 36th Street approximately seven blocks to Park Avenue. Turn right onto Park Avenue (one block past Madison Avenue). Drive south and make a right onto 33rd Street. The office is located on the right side of the street half way down the block between Park and Madison Avenues.
- From Westchester County/Connecticut/Points North – Take I-95 or the Hutchinson River Parkway South to I-278, the Bruckner Expressway, towards the Triborough Bridge. Drive south on I-278 to the bridge and exit towards Manhattan/FDR Drive. Cross into Manhattan and exit onto FDR Drive South. Take exit 8 for I-495/Midtown Tun/E 34 St. After exiting, turn right on 37th Street. Drive about seven blocks west to Park Avenue and turn left. Drive four blocks south and make a right onto 33rd Street. The office is located on the right side of the street half way down the block between Park and Madison Avenues.
- From Bergen County/New Jersey/Upstate New York – Take I-95/Route 4/Route 46 or the Palisades Interstate Parkway to the George Washington Bridge. Take the Upper Level of the bridge, stay to the right and follow the signs for Harlem River Drive. The Harlem River Drive becomes the FDR Drive. Take exit 8 for I-495/Midtown Tun/E 34 St. After exiting, turn right on 37th Street. Drive about seven blocks west to Park Avenue and turn left. Drive four blocks south and make a right onto 33rd Street. The office is located on the right side of the street half way down the block between Park and Madison Avenues.
