Contracts Administrator – Cambridge, MA

Cambridge Systematics is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative and customer service skills to learn more about the contracts process in a corporate setting. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for initiating and maintaining the project life cycle. This position is an essential link between project managers, the legal team, and the Finance department. Responsibilities for this role include the initial set up of new projects within the GovWin system, assigning new project numbers, and processing time extensions and contract modifications prior to their hand-off to Finance. Additionally, this position is responsible for file maintenance, document processing, and contract status reporting.

Freight Transportation Analysts – Open Location

We are seeking Freight Transportation Analysts to perform transportation analysis with a focus in the area of freight movement, participating in a wide range of planning, research, and transportation projects. This individual will collect quantitative and qualitative data from public industry sources, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of goods movement and general economic data, and develop recommendations for clients regarding goods movement strategies. Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist – Cambridge, MA

Transit Project Manager – Open Location

We are seeking a Transit Project Manager with 10 or more years of experience in transit planning and Federal transit policy to join a team focused on providing innovative solutions to our client’s most challenging problems for transit agencies. The project manager will lead and/or support on a variety of transit consulting assignments that may include system- and corridor-level analysis, land use, economics, finance, performance evaluation, environmental assessment (e.g., support NEPA studies), and transit asset management; and also will include proactive client engagement and business development; acting as a liaison between transit, state, and related clients and FTA; development and implementation of project work plans from inception of approach through completion of final reports and presentations; management of project staff and budgets; quantitative and qualitative analysis; and participation in proposal writing and interviews.

Our Transportation Economics team is expanding and we are seeking experienced candidates to support economic analyses. This position is based in any of our office locations.
