Louch Participates in Pilot Test and Webinar for SHRP 2 Web Tool: Transportation for Communities – Advancing Projects through Partnerships (TCAPP)

The Transportation Research Board’s (TRB) second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) Capacity program is developing resources to help transportation and resource agencies work in collaboration to develop and deliver "right-sized" highway projects faster. TRB will be hosting a webinar on Thursday, February 11, from 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. EST to introduce practitioners to several recently completed products and invite transportation agencies to conduct pilot tests of these products. Hugh Louch, a Senior Associate of Cambridge Systematics, will demonstrate the Performance Measurement Framework – a web resource designed to help in the selection of performance measures to support the evaluation of major highway capacity projects. >> more
