Since opening our Austin operation in 2002, Jim Brogan, Executive Vice President and leader of the firm’s Freight Transportation business line, continues to lead the team to broaden our array of services in areas, including transit, freight, and rail planning; travel demand forecasting; safety; transportation management and operations; and economic analysis.
