Cambridge Systematics Receives WTS-Boston Chapter Employer of the Year Award (June 28, 2012)
On Wednesday, June 27, 2012, the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS)-Boston Chapter presented Cambridge Systematics, Inc. with the 2012 Employer of the Year Award.
“It is a tremendous honor for Cambridge Systematics to have been selected as Employer of the Year,” said Sarah Ginand, Chief of Corporate Services. “This award recognizes our success in attracting, retaining, and advancing top talent in the industry and creating a rewarding work environment for our staff. It also reaffirms our values and core beliefs, particularly investing in our employees and giving back to our communities.”
The Employer of the Year award is designed to honor businesses for their support of the goals and purpose of WTS as well as recognizing organizations that have enhanced the transportation industry through their commitment to excellence and quality. In addition, this award recognizes an organization with an outstanding record of affirmative action in hiring and promoting at all employment levels, as well as a commitment to professional development.
This award dovetails with Cambridge Systematics’ 40th anniversary this year, reinforcing our goals of providing challenging opportunities to our staff that promote personal and professional growth, foster industry leaders, and advance the state of the practice.
