    Support the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in advancing a Congressionally supported vision for high-speed rail (HSR) by assessing the current status of HSR in the U.S. through the development of objective criteria for the measurement of success and the evaluation of the HSR readiness of key rail development corridors.

  • Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission

    Conduct a detailed planning study of an extension of the commuter rail service from Kenosha to Milwaukee along the Union Pacific North Line.
